Extendicare Southwood Lakes

We are a small group of family members that meet monthly. Our goals are a) to bring about positive changes to the care and well being of our residents. b) to provide residents’ families and friends with a forum for sharing experiences, learning and exchanging information and c) to provide mutual support and foster partnerships with the Home’s staff, Resident’s Council, Administration and residents’ families.
