The Village at St. Clair

We have just recently began a Family Council here at the Village at St. Clair in Windsor. We have had three well attended meetings. We are in the process of formulating Terms of Reference, Mission Statement etc. A question brought up by members is Liability, where can I find information pertaining to this question?
