Grace Manor

Grace Manor Family Council is a self-organized and self-led, democratic group, composed of family members and friends of residents living at Grace Manor (Holland Christian Homes) in Brampton, Ontario. Our council provides an organized voice to advocate on behalf of residents’ rights, their quality of care, living conditions and quality of life; a forum for mutual support within a respectful, caring and safe environment; a forum to identify issues of common concern and to recommend strategies to improve the care and quality of life provided to Grace Manor residents; and a forum to share and communicate important information about what is happening in the home including any changes in policies, procedures, and administration directly related to resident care.
