Riverview Gardens

The Family Council at Riverview Gardens Long Term Care Home in Chatham has been meeting for 14 years. We are a small Council in a 320 bed home. We meet once per month for 9 months of the year. We host a Penny Sale in June, help decorate the home’s Christmas trees in November and send out sympathy cards to all families whose loved ones have passed through our home. We are continually looking for new members to join our Council. Our Family Council is family lead, however we do have a staff member that attends which allows communication between Family Council and Administration.
